Stress awareness workshops for staff 

Working in schools can be so rewarding and fun. It is your

personality and enthusiasm that makes children want to learn,

participate, co-operate and understand new concepts. No day

is the same as before. Happy staff - Happy pupils/students!

However, having been a teacher for many years myself, I am very aware of the strains and stresses that are being placed upon teachers and head teachers in the current climate of constant change and increasing accountability.

Stress awareness workshop/talk for parents

In recent years I have been working with children and

families on the theme of Happy Parents - Happy Children!

It is my philosophy that all parents have one over-riding

interest in common: the well-being of their children.

I know from my work as a therapist and coach - and also

as a parent - that many of us struggle to keep a healthy work/life balance. This is why my talk or workshop is about raising awareness of the importance of self-care in order to be a 'healthy parent'.
