- Recruitment Director
"The deep work of the one-to-one sessions with Julia has helped me review where I am in my life and see that there is a very positive way forward – one that is exciting and full of hope.….. We worked on a number of techniques to help me let go of anger and resentment… with excellent results."
When I retired, we experienced problems within our marriage. My wife suspected I had Asbergers Syndrome, which was confirmed via a great book, which Julia had pointed out to me. It wasn’t easy to accept this 'label' however, despite being always very professional, Julia also has a good sense of humour. This and her inter-personal skills made the counselling much more enjoyable than I had expected it to be. Julia helped me to accept and appreciate myself for who I really am. I succeeded in learning a number of mechanisms to help me relax, be more patient, understanding and empathic towards my wife.
