My approach to therapy, coaching and well-being is holistic and practical: "Give a man a fish and he eats for a day. Teach a man to fish and he eats for a lifetime." I believe in offering sustainable help, so you learn how to become resilient and able to control your life and nurture your own well-being – from our first few sessions onwards. Therapy for me is very much about empowering you to have a better understanding and awareness of what is given to you by nature: the human givens. They are your emotional needs and the resources to help you meet those needs effectively.
