My name is Julia Langensiepen. I'm an accredited psychotherapist, counsellor, hypnotherapist, life-coach and meditation trainer. You can either get help and change, or stay stuck in the same unhappy routines. I'm very passionate about my work and would love to hear from you…. I have helped many clients to successfully overcome debilitating symptoms – including stress, anxiety, anger, low self-esteem, burnout, depression, trauma, or addictive behaviour. I don’t see the point in unnecessarily dredging up the past, or opening up old wounds and try to help my clients in as few sessions as possible.

Using Clinical Hypnosis is known to be a very efficient way of treating lots of problem behaviours and negative thinking styles. Some people come to me for straight clinical hypnosis and others want me to use it in conjunction to life-coaching or counselling. Fact is, adding it to any type of cognitive exploration can truly enhance the impact
and speed of results quite significantly.

The whole topic of neurodiversity is really becoming more and more to the forefront of research and general discussion, about which I am really pleased. There are still a lot of myths out there for example ‘the young boy who is hyperactive’ seen as the only way ADHD shows. Whether you want support for yourself or for you as a parent of a teen or child with AD(H)D I am excited to help you to find a variety of ways of promoting healing, humour, better health, work life/balance and calmness of mind.
